Salma Hayek says her daughter doesn’t believe in Santa.
The actress admits Valentina, 4, refuses to believe in Father Christmas let alone write her Christmas list ready for his arrival on December 25.
“She will not believe in Santa Claus,” says Salma.
“No matter what I say to her she just doesn’t buy it. She’s four! I refuse to give it up but there’s nothing I can say that makes her believe in Santa Claus. I don’t know why I have a child like that.
“I believed in Santa Claus and I was really upset when somebody told me the truth. But I’m hopeful that in a year or so she’ll believe in it especially because it’s always a great tool for blackmail!”
Salma recently insisted she’ll never have plastic surgery, because the thought of going under the knife gives her the “heebie-jeebies”.
“When I was 16, I looked 19. When I was 19, I looked 25. But I got stuck on 25 thank God! until I was 35. So that was good,” she said.
“But it’s also important to take care of your skin because if you’re not careful, one day you’ll wake up and a spider will have taken over your face and you’ll be full of lines.
