Josh Duhamel plays down modeling career

Josh Duhamel is playing down his “former model” reputation.

The Transformers star and husband of Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie is currently the face of Arrow clothing along with Bar Rafaeli but that’s the extent of his modelling prowess.

“I was a model for about a year and a half before I turned to acting but I was no good,” says Josh.

“I worked hard at it but a made zero money. So I don’t really see myself as ever having been a model at all. It’s all new to me.”

Josh recently revealed he and Fergie “want to start a family soon.”

“We’re hoping to start a family soon, so you also have to think about who’s going to have your wife’s back, and who’s going to be good with the kids,” he said.

“These sorts of things come into play. I think as you get older, you start to appreciate what real friendship is and how rare it can be.”
