Paula Abdul 'I'm perfect for X Factor'

Paula Abdul is opening up!
The former pop singer who’s been on the board of the National Eating Disorders Association for 16 years believes her own battle with bulimia makes her the ideal person to guide the groups on X Factor.
“We’re not striving for perfection,” Paula stresses. “We’re striving for excellence. We’re striving for healthy bodies.”
“I talk to them about my struggles. I’m living proof you can learn to accept and love everything about yourself that is unique and makes you stand out. It’s not about comparing yourself to everyone else.”
“It’s about teaching them to be bold, daring and unique,” she added.
