Lady Gaga hates working out?

Lady Gaga doesn’t bother with fad diets.
The quirky superstar, 25, says she just does what makes her happy when it comes to meal times.
“I have to be honest, as of late I have been eating a lot of bacon and not really working out,” she said.
“So I think that the best thing you can do for your body is be happy and make sure you smile. That is my secret.”
Meanwhile Gaga has successfully obtained an injunction against Moshi Monsters singer Lady Goo Goo.  The 'You and I' singer took legal action against Mind Candy - the parent company of children's social networking site Moshi Monsters - to ban the animated character Lady Goo Goo from performing on YouTube, The Guardian reports.
Lady Goo Goo first became popular over the summer when a music video known as 'The Moshi Dance' surfaced on YouTube. In addition, the character sings a parody of Gaga's song 'Paparazzi' called 'Peppy-razzi'.
Moshi Monsters had planned to release the song on iTunes. However, Justice Vos ruled on Monday that the song cannot be offered for sale, though he did agree to permit Lady Goo Goo to continue to appear in the Moshi Monsters game.
Gaga's injunction prohibits the company from "promoting, advertising, selling, distributing or otherwise making available to the public 'The Moshi Dance' or any musical work or video that purports to be performed by a character by the name of Lady Goo Goo, or that otherwise uses the name Lady Goo Goo or any variant thereon".
Lawyers involved in the case have claimed that it sets a precedent in the use of trademark law that could possibly influence tribute acts and parodies in the future.
"Tribute bands and parody songs have been around for years but what this case shows is the potential power of registered trademark law to put a stop to some of their activities," said Alastair Shaw, counsel at law firm Hogan Lovells.
Gaga was recently nominated for three American Music Awards.
Earlier this week, the singer confirmed 'Marry the Night' as the fifth cut from her Born This Way album.
