John Travolta gets KFC table snub ‎

John Travolta was denied a table at a KFC in East Grinstead last weekend.
According to a report in Britain’s Metronewspaper, the incident occurred when one of the actor’s staff called the outlet in advance, in the hope of reserving a special table for Travolta.
“To me, customers are customers, no matter who they are. The lady who called didn’t give me her name, she just said it will be for a Mr Travolta,” said the employee, who did not want to be named.
“I thought it might be a load of nonsense. In hindsight, of course, we would have reserved a table for him,’ he said. ‘It’s not every day you get a Hollywood star eating in your restaurant.”
The Grease star was in town for an annual Scientology event.
